1. Brief Introduction
Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter(HVBF)is a kind of hi-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment. With the supporting of vacuum box, the rubber belt is slipping on the vacuum box, which a sealing movement structure is formed between vacuum box and belt. The solid-liquid separation is achieved by a negative vacuum pressure.

4. Main Equipment Description
| Vacuum Box Lfting Device | Vacuum box is assembled by sections, each section is connected with filtrate pipe to form a vacuum filtrate collecting system. With a lifting device of vacuum box, it is more convenience for wear belt replacement. |
| Tracking Device | Adopt cylinder or bellows to adjust the tracking of cloth automatically by switching the tracking angles. It can ensure the normal operation of cloth. |
| Tension Unit | By adjusting the tension of rubber belt to ensure the friction force of belt and no tracking happened. |
| Washing Device | Adopt countercurrent and concurrent spraying devices, which can switch to concurrent washing and countercurrent washing according to differently slurries and process requirement, which can washing the materials more completely. |
